Tang completes
productive first year Staff

office, has named sales associate Holly
Tang as the Rookie of the Year for the
Hillsborough Office for

"Holly is a
first-class real estate professional whose
personal connections within our community, along
with her local market expertise, have made her
stand out as both an agent with an extraordinary
skill set and an integral member of this team,"
Negran said.
In 2004, Tang completed 120 of
hours of training to earn the national Graduate
Realtor Institute designation. Subjects included
contract law, professional standards, sales and
marketing, finance and risk reduction, as well
as specific local, state and national real
estate practicess.
In addition to her GRI designation,
Tang was earned the NJAR Circle of
Excellence Sales Award at the Bronze Level for
2004. She is a Certified Relocation and
Certified New Homes Specialist. Tang is
fluent in Chinese and is very active with the
Chinese community in Somerset County.
